Still Not Finished ("we", "us", "our") is a home maintenance tracking tool. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We collect your email address and password (or Google account details) when you register. When you upload appliance manuals, we store those files and the maintenance data we extract from them. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is used solely to provide the service — tracking your appliances, scheduling reminders, and displaying your maintenance history. We may send you transactional emails (reminders, account notices) but not marketing emails without your consent.
We use Google OAuth for sign-in. Uploaded files are processed to extract maintenance schedules. We use standard cloud infrastructure to store your data securely.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will action requests within 30 days.
